CommunicationOur aim is to deliver a first class service to all developers, landlords and residents, from conception, to handover, to after care and management. It is our belief that communication is the basis for a successful relationship - we find that as long as people are kept informed and know that they are being listened to, everything runs a lot more smoothly. We keep a close eye on costs and we always consult with clients before reviewing service charges or embarking upon major works. We are always available for discussion with board members. Emails are dealt within 24 hours of receipt and often we respond to email and telephone enquires within one or two working hours Once or twice a year we hold open meetings where residents can come and talk to us directly about their issues and concerns. We produce from time to time newsletters to keep the residents of the buildings we manage informed on current issues related to the building they live in.
